About the Bettinardi MB24
The MB24 is the muscleback in Bettinardi's first-generation iron line, announced in March 2024 alongside the CB24 cavity back — the putter maker's first move into irons. The thin-topline head is co-forged in one piece from 1025 carbon steel, with high-density tungsten and military-grade ceramic matrix composite set into a "differential muscleback" whose centre of gravity shifts progressively through the set, and the rear muscle carries Bettinardi's honeycomb milling. Lofts are traditional — a 33-degree 7-iron and 45-degree pitching wedge — and deliberately identical to the CB24's so the two blend into combo sets; Bettinardi suggests CB24 long irons into MB24 scoring clubs. Sold right-handed as a 4-PW set for $1,200 through bettinardi.com and authorised fitters, configured from a large shaft menu rather than one stock build, which is why no stock shaft is recorded. 2025 added Oil Rubbed Bronze and Black Rainbow PVD finishes on the same head and specs.

Frequently asked questions
What is the loft of a Bettinardi MB24 7-iron?
The Bettinardi MB24 7-iron has a loft of 33 degrees, a lie of 62.5 degrees and a length of 37 inches.
Are the MB24 and CB24 lofts the same?
Yes — Bettinardi published one identical loft, lie and length ladder for both models so they can be mixed into a combo set without bending, typically CB24 in the long irons and MB24 from the 7-iron down.
Is the Bettinardi MB24 a true blade?
It is a muscleback with a thin topline and compact shape, but not a one-material blade: tungsten and ceramic matrix composite are co-forged into the 1025 carbon steel body to move the centre of gravity by loft, which Bettinardi calls a differential muscleback.
When did the Bettinardi MB24 come out?
Bettinardi announced its first-generation irons in March 2024, with pre-orders from 26 March 2024. They were the company's first irons in its history.
Where it sits in the lineup
Introduced in 2024, the Bettinardi MB24 is a current blade set in the Bettinardi range as of October 2026, with no replacement announced. New sets are built to the standard lofts, lies and lengths in the chart above, though a fitting can move any of them — so confirm the numbers on the order sheet. Used sets appear on eBay, and should be measured against this chart before buying.
