About the PXG Sugar Daddy III
The Sugar Daddy III is PXG's flagship milled wedge, introduced on 7 August 2024 and still sold alongside the 2026 Stick'em line (a parallel range, not a replacement). Each head is triple forged from 8620 carbon steel and then fully CNC milled, with a single Precision Weighting Technology port behind the CG adjustable in 2-gram steps during fitting. Variable-depth milled ports near the sole move the CG progressively through the lofts, and the 16-groove face (one more than the Sugar Daddy II) uses wider grooves with 25 percent more cross-sectional volume. The 12-combination matrix runs 50 to 60 degrees across three grinds — the classic-shape S, the high-toe full-face-groove BP, and the low-bounce C — in Chrome (299.99 dollars) and Xtreme Dark (349.99) finishes.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts does the PXG Sugar Daddy III come in?
50 to 60 degrees in 2-degree steps — 12 loft, bounce and grind combinations across the S, BP and C grinds.
What grinds does the Sugar Daddy III offer?
Three: the new classic-shape S at every loft (10 bounce), the high-toe BP with full-face grooves (54-60, 12 bounce) and the narrow low-bounce C (58-60, 7 bounce).
Did the PXG Stick'em replace the Sugar Daddy III?
No — the 2026 Stick'em wedges are a parallel PXG line, and the Sugar Daddy III remains on sale as the fully milled flagship.
Is the Sugar Daddy III forged or milled?
Both: each 8620 carbon steel head is triple forged and then 100 percent CNC milled, with an adjustable Precision Weighting port behind the centre of gravity.
Where it sits in the lineup
Introduced in 2024, the PXG Sugar Daddy III is a current tour wedge in the PXG range as of October 2026, with no replacement announced. It replaced the PXG Sugar Daddy II. New wedges are built to the loft, bounce and grind options in the chart above; a fitting can bend loft and lie from standard, so confirm the numbers on the order sheet. Check the loft and bounce against the chart above before buying used — wedges are routinely bent from standard, and worn grooves cost spin long before a wedge looks worn.
