About the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL
HL is the high-launch head in Callaway's 2024 Paradym Ai Smoke iron family, built for slower swing speeds. Against the standard Ai Smoke it gives up two degrees of loft at the 7-iron — 30 against 28 — and takes back a quarter of an inch of length and a little more offset, 0.134 inches at the 7-iron against 0.110. The set runs 4-iron through a 55-degree sand wedge, and Callaway builds it a full 39.75 inches at the 4-iron, which is long even for the category.

Finding a used set
The Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke HL ran from 2024 to 2025 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search the used listings on eBay, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
- Callaway's own Paradym Ai Smoke HL irons product page, specifications table (callawaygolf.com) — supplied every loft, lie, length and offset above, both stock shafts and the 4-iron through SW set makeup.
- Note on offset: Callaway publishes offset in millimetres (5.3 mm down to 1.3 mm), converted to inches here.
- Note on swing weight: Callaway publishes two columns, C9 for the graphite build and D1 for the steel build. The D1 steel figures are recorded here because this database uses the standard men's steel-shaft build; an HL set ordered in the stock Cypher Black graphite will measure two points lighter.
- golf.com 'What I learned getting fit for Callaway's Paradym Ai Smoke irons' — the Paradym Ai Smoke iron family launched for 2024 in three heads: Ai Smoke, Ai Smoke HL and Ai Smoke Max Fast.
- Status check, 29 September 2026: year_discontinued is 2025: the Elyte family, including the Elyte HL, was announced in January 2025 as the follow-up to the Paradym Ai Smoke line (callawaymedia.com).
