About the Callaway Elyte

Elyte is Callaway's 2025 iron and replaces the Paradym Ai Smoke. It pairs the Ai 10x face — Callaway's name for a face model built from ten times as many control points as the Ai Smart Face it follows — with a Speed Frame body and urethane microspheres for sound. Lofts move a degree weaker than the Ai Smoke in the mid irons, 29 degrees at the 7-iron against 28, while the pitching wedge stays at 42. The set is sold 4-SW. Figures are the men's standard build.

Callaway publishes the chart from the 4-iron to a 55-degree sand wedge, ten heads in total, with the 4-PW the usual retail build.

Finding a used set

The Callaway Elyte ran from 2025 to 2026 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search the used listings on eBay, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.

Data compiled from:

callawaygolf.com Elyte Irons product page specification table (callawaygolf.com) — loft, lie, length, offset (in millimetres) and swing weight for the 4-iron through sand wedge, the 4-SW set composition, the True Temper Vector 90 stock shaft and the Lamkin Crossline grip. Offset is converted to inches here.
Note: bounce was not published on the product page and is omitted rather than estimated. Swing weight is listed as D2 for steel and D0 for graphite; the steel figure is recorded.
Succession: Callaway announced the Quantum iron family on 16 January 2026 (callawaymedia.com Quantum press release), and Golfalot's Quantum Max review states the Quantum irons replace the Elyte, so year_discontinued is set to 2026.
