About the Callaway Paradym X
The Paradym X is the distance and forgiveness model of Callaway's 2023 Paradym iron family. It shares the hollow-body Speed Frame construction and A.I.-designed forged 455 face cup of the standard Paradym but carries more tungsten, up to 79 grams against 67, along with a larger profile and more offset. Lofts are a degree and a half stronger at the 7-iron, 27.5 degrees against 29, and the published range extends to a sand wedge. Specs below are the standard men's steel-shaft numbers.

Production status
Introduced in 2023, the Callaway Paradym X has no confirmed end date on file. LoftChart records a discontinuation year only where a source dates it, and none has been found for this set, so it may or may not still be in the Callaway catalogue — check with Callaway or a retailer before counting on a new set. Used sets appear on eBay, and should be measured against the chart above before buying, since irons are routinely bent from standard.

- 2nd Swing Golf Callaway Paradym X iron set spec table (2ndswing.com/golf-clubs/iron-sets/callaway-paradym-x-iron-set) — independently matches from the 4-iron through the A-wedge, and is the source for the stock shaft names; the gap wedge and sand wedge rows are from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned only
- A retailer listing circulates an alternative loft set (18.5/20.5/23.5/26.5/31/36/41.5/47.5) that matches neither source above and has not been used.
- Offset ladder added from the Callaway Demandware ProductSpecs feed (ProductSpecs-Get), the manufacturer-authored source behind the View Specs panel; Callaway publishes these in millimetres and the inch figures here are converted
