Lofts are the stamped stock options for each head, factory standard. The hosel chart below shows how far each can be adjusted from its stamped loft.

Hosel adjustment chart

Quick Switch · loft ±2°.

Mizuno's published ranges run from the stated lie upward — the upright positions add up to 3° of lie. Lowering loft opens the face and raising it closes it, as on any hosel-based adjuster.

Mizuno publishes the Quick Switch range per head — the 19° head plays 17-21°, the 28° head 26-30° — but does not publish a position-by-position chart online, so none is reproduced here.

About the Mizuno JPX One

The JPX One hybrids launched in early 2026 with the JPX One drivers and fairways, replacing the ST-MAX 230 hybrids as Mizuno folded its metalwoods back under the JPX name. The single head is a compact, iron-replacement shape with a constant 1.8 mm face thickness, in four lofts from a 19° 3-hybrid to a 28° 6-hybrid, each carrying the Quick Switch adjustable hosel with ±2° of loft movement. US pricing sits at $280 per club.

Frequently asked questions

What lofts does the Mizuno JPX One hybrid come in?

Four lofts: 19, 22, 25 and 28 degrees — the 3-hybrid through 6-hybrid. The 22 and 25 degree heads come in both hands.

Is the Mizuno JPX One hybrid adjustable?

Yes — every loft carries Mizuno's Quick Switch hosel with plus or minus 2 degrees of loft and upright lie settings to 3 degrees. Mizuno publishes the range per head rather than a position-by-position chart.

What replaced the Mizuno ST-MAX 230 hybrid?

This one — the JPX One hybrid replaced the ST-MAX 230 hybrid in early 2026, moving to a more compact, iron-replacement shape with iron-like lies.

Where it sits in the lineup

Introduced in 2026, the Mizuno JPX One is the current Mizuno hybrid line as of October 2026, with no replacement announced. It replaced the Mizuno ST-MAX 230. New heads are sold in the stock lofts charted above; the hosel settings extend each head beyond its stamped loft, so a loft between two stock options is usually reachable from either. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable hybrid may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.
