About the Mizuno MP-32

The MP-32 is a Grain Flow Forged cavity blade that pairs a blade-like profile and very small offset with a shallow cavity and a Cut Muscle pad behind the hitting area. It sits between the MP-33 blade and Mizuno's larger cavity irons, keeping the same 4-degree loft gapping through the short irons but running one degree stronger than the MP-33 in the mid and short irons. Lengths and lofts listed are the standard men's steel-shaft specification.

Frequently asked questions

What is the loft of a Mizuno MP-32 7-iron?

The Mizuno MP-32 7-iron has a loft of 35 degrees, with a 61.5-degree lie and a 36.75-inch steel-shaft length.

How much offset do the Mizuno MP-32 irons have?

Very little. Offset runs 0.120 inches in the long irons and drops to 0.110 inches from the 7-iron through the pitching wedge.

Is the MP-32 a blade or a cavity back?

It is a cavity blade: a blade-sized head with a shallow cavity and a Cut Muscle pad behind the impact area.

Finding a used set

The Mizuno MP-32 is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
