Hosel adjustment chart
4° Loft Sleeve · loft ±2° · 12 settings.
There is no flat setting — lie only moves upright, up to 4° at the UPRT position, and the loft settings themselves add up to 2° of upright lie. Lowering loft opens the face and raising it closes it: about 1.5° per 0.75° notch, up to 4° at the full ±2° setting.

TaylorMade publishes one sleeve chart for its metalwoods, so the table matches the Qi35 driver chart. Every 3- and 5-wood in the line carries the sleeve, as does the Qi35 Tour 7-wood; the Max 7- and 9-woods, the Max Lite 7-wood and the core 21° head are bonded and play at their stamped loft.

About the TaylorMade Qi35
The Qi35 fairway woods launched on 7 January 2025 alongside the Qi35 drivers, and for the first time TaylorMade put its 4° loft sleeve on every 3-wood and 5-wood in the line rather than reserving adjustability for the Tour head. The core Qi35 is the all-round head, the titanium-bodied Qi35 Tour adds a 50 g sliding sole weight and a sleeved 7-wood for the most adjustable fairway TaylorMade had built, the Qi35 Max is the large-footprint high-MOI head sold down to a 9-wood, and the Qi35 Max Lite is the same Max geometry in a lighter head, shaft and grip build. The Qi4D fairways replaced the line in January 2026.
Head variants
The heads this family is sold in, with each one’s stock loft options.
- Qi3515°, 16.5°, 18°, 21°
- The core head for most players: mid launch, the full chromium carbon cosmetic of the driver line, and the 4° loft sleeve on the 3- and 5-woods. Sold in four lofts including a 16.5° 3HL.
- Qi35 Tour15°, 18°, 21°
- The compact tour head with a titanium body, a 50 g sliding sole weight for flight tuning, and — unusually — a loft sleeve on the 7-wood as well as the 3- and 5-woods.
- Qi35 Max15.5°, 18.5°, 21.5°, 24.5°
- The high-MOI forgiveness head on the largest footprint in the line (about 190 cc in the 3-wood, stepping down through the set), sold in half-degree-weaker lofts than the core head and down to a 9-wood. The 3- and 5-woods carry the loft sleeve; the 7- and 9-woods are bonded.
- Qi35 Max Lite15.5°, 18.5°, 21.5°
- The Max geometry in a lighter build — lighter head, sub-50-gram shaft and lighter grip — for moderate swing speeds. Three lofts, with the 7-wood bonded.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts do the TaylorMade Qi35 fairway woods come in?
The core Qi35 comes in 15, 16.5, 18 and 21 degrees; the Qi35 Tour in 15, 18 and 21; the Qi35 Max in 15.5, 18.5, 21.5 and 24.5; and the Qi35 Max Lite in 15.5, 18.5 and 21.5.
Are the Qi35 fairway woods adjustable?
Mostly. For the first time TaylorMade fitted its 4 degree loft sleeve to every 3-wood and 5-wood in the line, and to the Qi35 Tour 7-wood. The Max 7- and 9-woods, the Max Lite 7-wood and the core 21 degree head are bonded and play at their stamped loft.
What is the difference between the Qi35 and Qi35 Tour fairway woods?
The Tour is a compact titanium-bodied head with a 50 gram sliding sole weight for flight tuning and a loft sleeve on all three lofts, aimed at faster players. The core Qi35 is the larger steel-bodied all-rounder at 100 dollars less.
Is the Qi35 fairway wood still current?
No — the Qi4D fairway woods replaced the line in January 2026, which makes the Qi35 the value buy as closeout and used stock while it lasts.
Buying one
TaylorMade has since introduced the TaylorMade Qi4D above it in the range, so the Qi35 is at the end of its retail life rather than fully retired — closeout stock still turns up at retailers, and fairway woods one generation back are the sweet spot of the used market. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable fairway wood may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.

- Note: TaylorMade publishes lie on the sleeved heads as an adjustable range (e.g. 57-61° on the Max 3-wood) rather than a single figure, so no lie column is charted. The 24.5° Max 9-wood is right-hand only.
