Lofts are the stamped stock options for each head, factory standard. The hosel chart below shows how far each can be adjusted from its stamped loft.

Lie adjusts independently of loft, from 0.75° flat to 1.5° upright. Loft changes open or close the face slightly at address; SureFit's ring and cog adjust loft and lie independently, unlike single-axis sleeves.

About the Titleist GT

The GT fairway metals reached retail in August 2024 alongside the GT drivers, replacing the TSR line. The GT2 is the high-launch, low-spin core head in five lofts from a 13.5° strong 3-wood to a 21° 7-wood; the GT3 is the player's head with a five-position SureFit adjustable CG track; and the lightweight GT1 — added in February 2025 — runs the ladder out to a 24° 9-wood for moderate swing speeds. Every head carries the 16-setting SureFit hosel. The GTS fairways replaced the line in June 2026.

Frequently asked questions

What lofts do the Titleist GT fairway woods come in?

The GT2 comes in 13.5, 15, 16.5, 18 and 21 degrees; the GT3 in 15, 16.5 and 18; and the lightweight GT1 in 15, 18, 21 and 24.

What is the Titleist GT fairway adjustment chart?

Every head uses the 16-setting SureFit hosel: loft from minus 0.75 to plus 1.5 degrees and lie from 0.75 degrees flat to 1.5 degrees upright, adjusted independently. A1 is standard for right-handers. The GT3 adds a five-position sliding CG track for shape bias.

What is the difference between the GT2 and GT3 fairway woods?

The GT2 is the larger, higher-launching head with a fixed rear weight, in five lofts. The GT3 is the more compact player's head with the SureFit adjustable CG track, in three lofts, flighting lower with more workability.

Buying one

Titleist has since introduced the Titleist GTS above it in the range, so the GT is at the end of its retail life rather than fully retired — closeout stock still turns up at retailers, and fairway woods one generation back are the sweet spot of the used market. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable fairway wood may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.
