About the Tour Edge Hot Launch C524
The Hot Launch C524 was the Competition Spec (C-range) iron in Tour Edge's value-priced Hot Launch 524 Series, the eighth generation of the Hot Launch line, announced in early February 2024 and at retail from 1 March 2024. It is a traditional cavity-back cast from soft 431 stainless steel, with a wide sole, a deep 360-degree undercut cavity filled with VIBRCOR TPU, toe weighting and power lofting (29-degree 7-iron, 43-degree PW). The primary stock shaft is the ultra-light Aldila Ascent PL graphite, with the True Temper Elevate MPH 95 steel as the stock steel option, and the set was sold in right- and left-handed 4-PW, 5-PW/AW and 5-PW/SW configurations; the table below is the standard men's spec, with women's builds one inch shorter. When the Hot Launch 525 Series arrived in February 2025 the C-range name was dropped in favour of E and X ranges, so the C524 has no like-named successor. Tour Edge does not publish offset, bounce or swing weight for this model, so those keys are omitted.

Frequently asked questions
What is the loft of a Tour Edge Hot Launch C524 7-iron?
The Hot Launch C524 7-iron has a loft of 29 degrees, with a 62.5-degree lie and a 37.25-inch standard men's length.
What is the difference between the Tour Edge Hot Launch C524 and E524?
The C524 is the Competition Spec game-improvement model: a traditional cavity back in soft 431 stainless steel with a thinner topline and modest offset. The E524 is the Extreme Spec super-game-improvement model in the same series, built with a shallower face, more offset and hybrid-like long irons for maximum launch help.
When did the Tour Edge Hot Launch C524 irons come out?
Tour Edge announced the Hot Launch 524 Series in early February 2024, with retail availability from 1 March 2024. The line was superseded when the Hot Launch 525 Series (E525 and X525 ranges) was announced on 18 February 2025.
What clubs come in a stock Hot Launch C524 set?
Stock sets were offered as 4-iron through pitching wedge, 5-iron through pitching wedge plus AW, or 5-iron through pitching wedge plus SW, in both right- and left-handed versions.
Finding a used set
The Tour Edge Hot Launch C524 ran from 2024 to 2025 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
