About the Wilson Staff FG Tour V4
The FG Tour V4 is Wilson's forged players cavity back of the mid-2010s, with a traditional loft chart — 35 degrees at the 7-iron, weaker than almost anything sold beside it — and a set that runs 4-iron through gap wedge. Lie angles step in irregular increments, from 60 degrees at the 4-iron to 64.25 at the gap wedge, rather than the even half-degree progression most makers use.

Finding a used set
The Wilson Staff FG Tour V4 ran from 2014 to 2016 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
- 2nd Swing Golf specification table for the Wilson Staff FG Tour V4 iron set (https://www.2ndswing.com/golf-clubs/iron-sets/wilson-staff-fg-tour-v4-iron-set) — supplied every loft, lie, length and swing weight above and the Dynamic Gold Pro stock shaft.
- golfmonthly.com 'Wilson Staff FG Tour V4 irons revealed' and golfbusinessnews.com 'Wilson Staff launches new FG Tour V4 irons' — the V4 was revealed in 2014 and reached retail from January 2015. year_introduced uses the announcement year per this database's convention, so retailers listing it as a 2015 model are describing the same club.
- Note: offset and bounce are omitted — the source table carried neither column. Confidence is medium.
- Note on year_discontinued: the FG Tour V6 was announced in 2016 and replaced this model.
