About the Mizuno MP-20 MB
The MP-20 MB is Mizuno's muscle-back blade for 2019-2020, Grain Flow Forged HD from a single billet of 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel and finished with a soft copper underlay beneath nickel chrome plating. It uses a flow-tapered blade profile, so the long irons sit slightly lower in centre of gravity than the scoring irons, and offset is minimal throughout at 0.087 inches in the 7-iron. Lofts are traditional rather than strengthened, with a 34-degree 7-iron and a 46-degree pitching wedge, and the stock set runs 3-PW. All figures are the men's standard steel-shaft specification.

Frequently asked questions
What is the loft of a Mizuno MP-20 MB 7-iron?
The Mizuno MP-20 MB 7-iron has a loft of 34 degrees, with a 61.5-degree lie and a 37-inch steel-shaft length.
How much offset does the MP-20 MB have?
Very little. Offset runs from 0.102 inches in the 3-iron down to 0.075 inches in the pitching wedge, with 0.087 inches at the 7-iron.
What clubs come in an MP-20 MB set?
The stock range is 3-iron through pitching wedge. Mizuno sold the heads individually as well, so many players combined MP-20 MB short irons with MP-20 MMC or HMB long irons.
Finding a used set
The Mizuno MP-20 MB is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
