Hosel adjustment chart
4° Loft Sleeve · loft ±2° · 12 settings.
There is no flat setting — lie only moves upright, up to 4° at the UPRT position, and the loft settings themselves add up to 2° of upright lie. Lowering loft opens the face and raising it closes it: about 1.5° per 0.75° notch, up to 4° at the full ±2° setting.
| Setting | Loft | Lie | Face angle |
|---|---|---|---|
| STD LOFT | std | std | square |
| STD +1 notch | +0.75° | 0.5° upright | 1.5° closed |
| STD +2 notches | +1.5° | 1.25° upright | 3° closed |
| HIGHER | +2° | 2° upright | 4° closed |
| HIGHER / UPRT | +1.5° | 2.75° upright | 3° closed |
| UPRT +1 notch | +0.75° | 3.5° upright | 1.5° closed |
| UPRT | std | 4° upright | square |
| UPRT −1 notch | −0.75° | 3.5° upright | 1.5° open |
| LOWER / UPRT | −1.5° | 2.75° upright | 3° open |
| LOWER | −2° | 2° upright | 4° open |
| STD −2 notches | −1.5° | 1.25° upright | 3° open |
| STD −1 notch | −0.75° | 0.5° upright | 1.5° open |
The sleeve is marked STD LOFT, HIGHER, UPRT and LOWER; the table lists all twelve stops in order around the dial. The sleeve is interchangeable with every TaylorMade driver back to the SIM generation.

About the TaylorMade Qi10
The Qi10 is TaylorMade's 2024 driver family and the one that put "10K" into the marketing lexicon: the Qi10 Max was the first TaylorMade head to reach 10,000 g·cm² of combined MOI, sold as the most forgiving driver in the company's history at launch. The whole line moved to a near-full carbon body, with the Infinity Carbon Crown covering 97% of the crown area around the third-generation 60X Carbon Twist Face. The core Qi10 is the high-MOI all-rounder, the LS adds an 18 g sliding sole weight for bias tuning at lower spin, and the Max is the straight-line forgiveness head. The Qi35 replaced the family in 2025, and on the used market the Qi10 generation is the current sweet spot of price against technology.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts does the TaylorMade Qi10 come in?
The core Qi10 comes in 9, 10.5 and 12 degrees (12 right-hand only); the Qi10 LS in 8, 9 and 10.5 (8 right-hand only); and the Qi10 Max in 9, 10.5 and 12 in both hands.
What is the Qi10 loft settings chart?
The Qi10 uses TaylorMade's 12-position 4 degree Loft Sleeve: up to 2 degrees of loft either way in 0.75 degree notches, with the face closing as loft is added and opening as it is removed, plus an UPRT setting that keeps the stated loft at 4 degrees upright lie.
Was the Qi10 Max really a 10K driver?
Yes — the Qi10 Max was TaylorMade's first head to reach 10,000 g·cm² of combined moment of inertia, which is where the 10K branding came from. The trade-off is a fixed, rear-heavy weight layout with no movable weights.
Is the TaylorMade Qi10 still in production?
No — the Qi35 replaced it in January 2025 and the Qi4D followed in 2026, so the Qi10 is a closeout and used-market buy. Its sleeve and shafts interchange with both newer generations.
Buying one
TaylorMade has since introduced the TaylorMade Qi35 above it in the range, so the Qi10 is at the end of its retail life rather than fully retired — closeout stock still turns up at retailers, and drivers one generation back are the sweet spot of the used market. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable driver may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.

- National Club Golfer Qi10 launch guide (2024 lineup and head positioning), nationalclubgolfer.com, accessed October 2026
- Note: TaylorMade publishes lie as an adjustable range per head (Qi10 56-60°, LS 54-58°, Max 58-62°) rather than a single figure, so no static lie column is charted. The Qi10 Max stock length is 45.5 inches on 2nd Swing's spec table while some individual listings show 45.75 — the spec-table figure is charted.
