About the Titleist T100 (2025)

The fourth-generation T100 is the tour players model of the 2025 T-Series, announced in summer 2025 with pre-orders from 10 July and retail availability from 21 August 2025. It is the first T100 to change its loft ladder: every club is one degree stronger than the previous three generations, giving a 33-degree 7-iron and a 45-degree pitching wedge, which closes the old two-degree gap to the T150 to a single degree. The fully forged head keeps a progressive dual-cavity construction with split high-density tungsten weighting, adds a new muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons to lower long-iron CG, and pairs a variable face thickness design with more aggressive grooves in the mid and short irons. Lie and length are shared per club number across the whole 2025 T-Series, so a T100 7-iron sits at 63 degrees and 37 inches like every other model in the range. Heads run 3-iron through a 49-degree W wedge (recorded here as GW to match the earlier T100 records), with 4-PW the stock set. Titleist does not publish offset, bounce or swing weight for the 2025 T-Series, so those keys are omitted.

Frequently asked questions

What is the loft of a Titleist T100 (2025) 7-iron?

The 2025 T100 7-iron has a loft of 33 degrees, with a 63-degree lie and a 37-inch standard steel length.

Are the 2025 T100 lofts stronger than the 2023 T100?

Yes, by one degree at every club — the first loft change in the T100's history. The 7-iron moves from 34 to 33 degrees and the pitching wedge from 46 to 45.

What is the difference between the 2025 T100 and T150?

The T150 is the same forged dual-cavity concept in a slightly larger head with a muscle channel through the 7-iron rather than just the long irons, and its lofts run one degree stronger — 32 degrees at the 7-iron against the T100's 33.

What clubs come in a stock Titleist T100 (2025) set?

The stock set is 4-iron through pitching wedge, with a 3-iron and a 49-degree W wedge available to extend it.

Where it sits in the lineup

Introduced in 2025, the Titleist T100 (2025) is a current players set in the Titleist range, with no replacement announced. It replaced the Titleist T100 (2023). New sets are built to the standard lofts, lies and lengths in the chart above, though a fitting can move any of them — so confirm the numbers on the order sheet. Used sets appear on eBay, 2nd Swing and Golf Avenue, and should be measured against this chart before buying.

Data compiled from:
  • Titleist official T100 product page (titleist.com/product/t100/559C.html) — the shared 2025 T-Series iron specification table giving the T100 loft row (20 through 49 degrees, 3-iron to W) plus the lie (61 to 64 degrees) and length (39.00 to 35.50 inches) rows common to all models, the AMT Tour White R300/S300/X100 shaft listing, the Titleist Universal 360 grip, the 4-P default set selector and the 3-through-W available-irons list
  • Same Titleist page, technology copy: fully forged construction, Split High-Density Tungsten with Progressive Dual-Cavity Construction, new muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons for higher long-iron launch, Variable Face Thickness (VFT), improved Variable Bounce Sole and more aggressive mid/short-iron grooves; the FAQ states T150 is 1 degree stronger than T100
  • 2ndswing.com Titleist 2025 T100 iron set page — independent corroboration of every loft, lie and length above, plus the True Temper AMT Tour White stock shaft and 4-PW stock make-up
  • golf.com 'Titleist 2025 T-Series irons: 7 things to know' — pre-orders 10 July 2025, retail 21 August 2025, and the statement that T100 lofts are '1 degree stronger lofted across the set from each of the previous three generations'
  • Titleist does not publish offset, bounce or swing weight for the 2025 T-Series spec table; those keys are omitted rather than estimated
