Lofts are the stamped stock options for each head, factory standard. The hosel chart below shows how far each can be adjusted from its stamped loft.
Hosel adjustment chart
OptiFit hosel · loft −1° to +2° · 8 settings.
The lie cog has two positions: N (neutral, the stated lie) and D (draw, a more upright lie — Callaway does not publish the degree change). Changing loft re-orients the head on the shaft, so lower settings sit slightly open and higher settings slightly closed at address.
| Setting | Loft | Lie |
|---|---|---|
| −1 / N | −1° | neutral |
| −1 / D | −1° | draw (more upright) |
| S / N | std | neutral |
| S / D | std | draw (more upright) |
| +1 / N | +1° | neutral |
| +1 / D | +1° | draw (more upright) |
| +2 / N | +2° | neutral |
| +2 / D | +2° | draw (more upright) |
Every loft in both heads is adjustable — the same two-cog OptiFit design as the Paradym drivers and 3-woods.

About the Callaway Paradym
The Paradym hybrids launched in early 2023 with the Paradym woods, both carrying Callaway's +2°/−1° adjustable hosel — unusual at the time, when most hybrid lines were bonded. The core Paradym is the mid-sized head in four lofts at D2; the Paradym X is slightly larger and runs a loft deeper to a 30° 7-hybrid at a lighter D1, with a higher, more draw-biased flight. The Paradym Ai Smoke line replaced it in January 2024.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts do the Callaway Paradym hybrids come in?
The core Paradym comes in 18, 21, 24 and 27 degrees; the Paradym X in 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30.
Are the Callaway Paradym hybrids adjustable?
Yes — every loft in both heads carries the OptiFit hosel, with minus 1 to plus 2 degrees of loft and a neutral or draw lie cog.
What is the difference between the Paradym and Paradym X hybrids?
Same lofts at the strong end, different character: the X is slightly larger, launches higher with more draw bias, builds to a lighter D1 swing weight and adds a 30 degree 7-hybrid the core head does not offer.
Buying one
Callaway has since introduced the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke above it in the range, so the Paradym is at the end of its retail life rather than fully retired — closeout stock still turns up at retailers, and hybrids one generation back are the sweet spot of the used market. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable hybrid may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.
