Hosel adjustment
The Cleveland HALO XL has a glued, non-adjustable hosel — the loft printed on the head is the loft it plays. Loft and lie can only be altered by a clubmaker, so pick the stock loft to match your launch rather than planning to tune it later.

About the Cleveland HALO XL
The HALO XL fairway woods launched in January 2024 as Cleveland's game-improvement wood line, alongside the HALO XL hybrids, Hy-Wood and full-face irons. The standard head runs four lofts on an oversized, high-MOI footprint, and the HALO XL Lite is the lightweight build in high-launch lofts for slower swing speeds. The hosels are glued — Cleveland does not do adjustable woods — and the line was Cleveland's last fairway wood: the brand wound down its metalwood range in early 2026 to focus on wedges and putters.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts does the Cleveland HALO XL fairway wood come in?
The standard HALO XL comes in 15, 18, 21 and 24 degrees (21 and 24 right-hand only); the lightweight HALO XL Lite in 16.5, 19.5 and 22.5.
Is the Cleveland HALO XL fairway wood adjustable?
No — the hosel is glued, as on all of Cleveland's woods. The loft printed on the head is the loft it plays.
Is Cleveland still making fairway woods?
No. Cleveland wound down its metalwood line in early 2026 to concentrate on wedges and putters, so the HALO XL generation was its last — the used market and closeout stock are the only sources.
Finding one used
The Cleveland HALO XL ran from 2024 to 2026 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search the used listings on eBay. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable fairway wood may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.
