Each row is one combination the model is sold in, factory standard. Loft and lie on an individual wedge may differ if it has been bent during a fitting.
Length note: Cleveland re-measured published lengths to the USGA / R&A convention with this generation, so the figures read about a quarter inch longer than earlier Cleveland spec sheets; the clubs themselves did not change.

About the Cleveland RTZ
The RTZ is the 2025 generation of Cleveland's tour wedge line and the first under the new name — the RTX line ended with the RTX 6 ZipCore. Announced on 8 January 2025 and at US retail from 17 January, it moved the head to Cleveland's proprietary Z-Alloy steel (about ten percent softer-feeling than 8620), kept the low-density ZipCore hosel core, and added HydraZip face blasting with laser-milled lines tuned by loft for wet-condition spin alongside sharper UltiZip grooves. The Tour Satin matrix charted here runs 20 loft/bounce/grind combinations from 46 to 64 degrees across four grinds, each grind at a fixed bounce; the Black Satin finish covers a narrower 14-combination subset and the raw Tour Rack variant 16. The RTZ 2 succeeded it in September 2026, with the RTZ remaining on sale at a reduced price.
Grind options
The sole grinds this model is sold in, with the lofts each one is available at.
- LOW Grind58°, 60°, 62°
- 6 degrees of bounce with heel, toe and trailing-edge relief and the sharpest leading edge in the line. A lob-wedge grind for finesse shots, firmer turf, smaller divots and shallower attack angles.
- MID Grind46°, 48°, 50°, 52°, 54°, 56°, 58°, 60°
- 10 degrees of bounce on an all-around V-shaped sole that cuts smoothly through turf. Suits all turf conditions, average divots and neutral attack angles — the grind offered at every loft.
- FULL Grind54°, 56°, 58°, 60°
- 12 degrees of bounce on a classic high-bounce sole with the most rounded leading edge. Stability on full shots, bunkers and thick rough; for softer turf, bigger divots and steeper attack angles.
- ADAPT Grind54°, 56°, 58°, 60°, 64°
- 8 degrees of bounce, new for this generation, with full-face grooves, a higher toe profile, a leading-edge bounce chamfer and heel, toe and trailing-edge relief for open-face shots in all turf.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts does the Cleveland RTZ come in?
The RTZ Tour Satin runs from 46 to 64 degrees in 2-degree steps — 20 loft, bounce and grind combinations. The Black Satin finish covers a narrower 48-60 degree subset, and the raw Tour Rack 48-60.
What grinds does the Cleveland RTZ offer?
Four, each at a fixed bounce: LOW (6 degrees, 58-62), MID (10 degrees, every loft 46-60), FULL (12 degrees, 54-60) and the new full-face ADAPT (8 degrees, 54-64).
Is the Cleveland RTZ still in production?
The RTZ 2 succeeded it in September 2026, but the RTZ remains in Cleveland's catalogue at a reduced price while stock lasts — it carried a 2026 Golf Digest Hot List Gold badge.
What is Z-Alloy in the Cleveland RTZ?
Cleveland's proprietary head steel, introduced with the RTZ. It is softer and less dense than the 8620 carbon steel used before, which Cleveland credits with about a ten percent softer feel than the RTX 6 ZipCore.
Buying one
Cleveland has since introduced the Cleveland RTZ 2 above it in the range, so the RTZ is at the end of its retail life rather than fully retired — closeout stock still turns up at retailers, and it is well represented in the used listings on eBay. Check the loft and bounce against the chart above before buying used — wedges are routinely bent from standard, and worn grooves cost spin long before a wedge looks worn.
