About the Wilson Staff FG Tour
The original FG Tour launched Wilson's modern forged players line in 2010, a precision-forged mild carbon steel cavity back play-tested for more than 18 months on tour by Padraig Harrington and Ricky Barnes before release. The head carries a square toe, thin topline and minimally progressive offset in the tradition of Wilson forged classics like the FG-51, with a tour-configured sole for clean turf interaction. Lofts are traditional — a 35-degree 7-iron and 47-degree pitching wedge — and the same ladder carried through the V2, M3 and V4 that followed.

Finding a used set
The Wilson Staff FG Tour ran from 2010 to 2011 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
- 2nd Swing Golf specification table for the Wilson Staff FG Tour Forged single irons (https://www.2ndswing.com/golf-clubs/single-irons/wilson-staff-fg-tour-forged-single-iron) — supplied every loft, lie and length above and shows True Temper Dynamic Gold S300 as the common stock steel shaft
- Today's Golfer Wilson Staff FG Tour review and Golfbidder FG Tour listing — 2010 release, precision forged mild carbon steel, 4-PW stock loft set (3-iron by order), and the Harrington/Barnes 18-month tour play-testing story with styling cues from the FG51 and Gooseneck
- Offset, bounce and swing weight were not published in the surviving tables and are omitted; confidence is medium
