Lofts are the stamped stock options for each head, factory standard. The hosel chart below shows how far each can be adjusted from its stamped loft.
Hosel adjustment chart
OptiFit 4 · loft 7 loft/lie configurations.
Every Quantum hybrid head carries the new multi-cog OptiFit 4 hosel: two rotating cogs, each with +, − and neutral settings, give seven unique loft and lie configurations with independent loft and lie movement and up to 2° of upright or flat lie. Callaway publishes the system as +/− markings rather than a degree-by-degree chart, so no settings table is reproduced here. The stated lies are measured at the neutral setting.

About the Callaway Quantum
The Quantum hybrids reached retail on 13 February 2026 alongside the Quantum fairway woods, replacing the Elyte hybrids. All three models carry the tungsten Speed Wave 2.0 weight low and forward, the new Step Sole and the multi-cog OptiFit 4 hosel on every head — a deeper adjustable range than the fairways, where only the low lofts are sleeved. The core Quantum Max is the neutral all-rounder in six lofts from 19° to 33°, the Quantum Max OS is the oversized easy-launch head sold one degree stronger at each club number, and the Quantum Max Fast is the ultralight build for moderate swing speeds, one degree weaker at each number.

Frequently asked questions
What lofts do the Callaway Quantum hybrids come in?
The Quantum Max comes in 19, 21, 24, 27, 30 and 33 degrees; the Max OS in 18, 20, 23, 26, 29 and 32; and the Max Fast in 20, 22, 25, 28, 31 and 34 — all running from a 3-hybrid to an 8-hybrid.
Are the Callaway Quantum hybrids adjustable?
Yes — unlike the fairway line, every Quantum hybrid head carries the OptiFit 4 hosel, with seven loft and lie configurations and up to 2 degrees of upright or flat lie.
What is the difference between the Quantum Max and Quantum Max OS hybrids?
The Max is the neutral mid-sized core head. The Max OS is noticeably larger — 130 cc against 105 cc at the lowest loft — with easier launch and a touch of draw bias, and each club number sits about one degree stronger.
What replaced the Callaway Elyte hybrids?
These — the Quantum hybrids replaced the Elyte hybrids at retail on 13 February 2026.
Where it sits in the lineup
Introduced in 2026, the Callaway Quantum is the current Callaway hybrid line as of October 2026, with no replacement announced. It replaced the Callaway Elyte. New heads are sold in the stock lofts charted above; the hosel settings extend each head beyond its stamped loft, so a loft between two stock options is usually reachable from either. Before buying used, check the stamped loft against the chart above and ask which hosel setting it is in — an adjustable hybrid may be set a degree or more away from the number on the sole, and sleeve adapters are brand- and generation-specific.
