About the Mizuno MP-20 HMB
The MP-20 HMB is a hollow-body iron sold as a full 2-iron through pitching wedge set rather than as a long-iron replacement only. A Grain Flow Forged Chromoly face and neck section is fused to a multi-material body, with high-density tungsten placed in both the toe and the heel. It shares the loft and lie progression of the MP-20 MMC, with a 32-degree 7-iron and a 46-degree pitching wedge, but carries slightly more offset at 0.126 inches in the 7-iron and less bounce in the long irons, which are listed at 0 degrees in the 2- and 3-iron. All figures are the men's standard steel-shaft specification.

Frequently asked questions
What is the loft of a Mizuno MP-20 HMB 7-iron?
The Mizuno MP-20 HMB 7-iron has a loft of 32 degrees, with a 61.5-degree lie and a 37-inch steel-shaft length.
Are the MP-20 HMB lofts the same as the MP-20 MMC?
Yes. Both run 22 degrees at the 4-iron, 32 at the 7-iron and 46 at the pitching wedge. The HMB adds a 2-iron at 16 degrees and a 3-iron at 19 degrees, and carries about 0.004 inches more offset per club.
Is the MP-20 HMB a hollow iron?
Yes. It uses a Grain Flow Forged Chromoly face and neck fused to a multi-material body, with tungsten in the toe and heel, across the whole 2-iron to pitching wedge range.
Finding a used set
The Mizuno MP-20 HMB ran from 2019 to 2021 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
