About the PXG 0211 DC
The second-generation 0211, announced on 7 January 2021 as part of the 2021 0211 Collection and marketed as both the "2021 0211" and the "0211 DC", moved PXG's budget iron from the original's COR2 core to the DualCOR system of the 0311 GEN3 — a soft high-COR inner polymer core wrapped in a stiffer outer polymer — inside a cast stainless hollow body with the same 0.058-inch HT1770 maraging steel face. Its progressive set design also strengthened the lofts sharply against the 2019 original, from a 31-degree 7-iron to 28, and the price fell to $119 per club (on promotion at $89 by August 2021). PXG published specs from the 4-iron through 54-degree sand and 60-degree lob wedges, stamping the scoring clubs W, G, S and L — listed here as PW, GW, SW and LW — and the configurator offered a 3-iron with no published specs. The 0211 XCOR2, unveiled on 21 July 2022, replaced it.

Frequently asked questions
What is the loft of a PXG 0211 DC 7-iron?
The PXG 0211 DC 7-iron has a loft of 28 degrees, a lie of 62.0 degrees and a length of 37.5 inches.
What is the difference between the PXG 0211 DC and the original 0211?
The 2021 0211 DC swapped the COR2 core for the 0311 GEN3's DualCOR dual-polymer system, strengthened every loft — 28 degrees at the 7-iron against 31 — and cut the price from $195 to $119 per club.
Why is it called the 0211 DC?
DC stands for DualCOR, the two-polymer core system inside the hollow cast head. PXG sold it as the '2021 0211' and used the 0211 DC name to distinguish it from the 0211 XCOR2 that replaced it in July 2022.
What clubs were offered in the PXG 0211 DC?
PXG published specs for the 4-iron through a 60-degree lob wedge, including a 42-degree pitching wedge, 48-degree gap wedge and 54-degree sand wedge, stamped W, G, S and L. Sets were built to order rather than sold in fixed compositions.
Finding a used set
The PXG 0211 DC ran from 2021 to 2022 and is no longer in production, so the used market is the only source. Search eBay, 2nd Swing, Golf Avenue and the PGA Tour Superstore trade-in listings, and check the loft and lie against the chart above before buying — sets this age have often been bent from standard.
- PXG's own 2021 0211 page (pxg.com/en-us/clubs/irons/0211, titled 'Buy All-New PXG 2021 0211 DualCor Golf Irons'), archive.org capture of 2 August 2021 — the full spec table (loft, standard length, standard lie, offset and bounce for the 4-iron through the L wedge, stamped W, G, S and L), the $119 list / $89 promotional price, the Black and Chrome finishes, and the technology copy: progressive set design, DualCOR system of a soft inner core and high-strength outer core, and the 0.058-inch HT1770 maraging steel face. The configurator on the same capture offered a 3-iron, but PXG published no specs for it, so it is not recorded.

- pluggedingolf.com '2021 PXG 0211 Irons Review' and todays-golfer.com's 0211 review — the cast (not forged) stainless hollow-body construction, and the DualCOR polymer being the same two-material system as the 0311 GEN3 irons. pxg.com's own comparison guide '0211 XCOR2 vs. 0211 DC Irons' confirms PXG's retrospective 0211 DC name for this model.
- year_discontinued is 2022 because PXG unveiled the 0211 XCOR2 on 21 July 2022 (firstcallgolf.com, 'New PXG 0211 XCOR2 Irons Make Cutting-Edge Golf Club Technology Affordable').
- Note: the cast body's alloy was not published beyond 'stainless steel', swing weight was not published, and PXG built every set to order from a shaft menu, so no stock shaft is recorded.
